No help I’m afraid as I switched from Wegovy to mounjaro and it did nothing for me. With Wegovy I went from 13st1lb to 10st8lb in 9months. I took a 3 month break then was on mounjaro for four months and only lost 1.5lb in that time. I was so disappointed as everyone said it was so much better but I found it did nothing at all.
Try Wegovy instead

Keep going. It will build up in your system and I’m sure you’ll see positive effects soon. Many people don’t start losing on 2.5mg.
If you’re not having bad side effects stick with it to give it a decent go and try to stay positive that it’ll work for you.

You do have to eat in a calorie deficit, eat more protein, reduce carbs and drink lots of water for best losses. Are you doing this already? Most people see bigger losses at start with mounjaro due to water weight. Looks like 4lb gain is mainly water weight as its unlikely you over ate so much to gain 4lbs. Is it time of month or just before? Did you have a bad week of over eating?

Were you gaining before or are you suggesting it's the medication making you gain?
As others have said, many people don't feel any effects at 2.5. My suppression is very subtle. I still need a lot of willpower, even at 5mg, but I'm happy enough. I think it's forcing me to do the mind-work needed for lasting change.
I'm a few lbs away from my lowest weight since my daughter was born 8 years ago (got here a few times with other diets too, but they felt more like a sacrifice than this does) so I feel now is the real test for me.
