How much is the second pen?

I'm going to get the jabs if I can afford them.
The prices for the first month are clear, do these jump up a lot for the following months with increased dose though? I can't find this info on Medexpress. Are they a good company to use?

Try looking at a price comparison site like https://monj.co.uk/ which has a price list that shows the prices with discounts, and one that shows the full price list without discounts. MedExpress is £149.99 for the 5mg dose level without any discounts. The only way you'll get a discount from MedExpress after your initial order is if someone else uses your referral code to sign up. MedExpress do a Blue Light discount if that applies to you.

I've been with MedExpress 6 months, no issues.

I'm with MedExpress and have no problem with them.
I don't bother with the discount referrals. Just order, pay and get delivery within 48 hours.

Never mind the ethics around referral codes and use of ‘influencers’, there’s the ever changing price matching policy, lack of understanding that Mounjaro and Wegovy are two different medications and only one of them has a 2 year prescribing limit are completely off-putting for me!
