Open pen...fridge or not

I've kept the pen in the fridge until the first injection which I've just done 10 mins ago. I know the instructions say it will be fine out of the fridge now it's open and id rather keep it in my cupboard away from the kids rather than the fridge but does anyone know if it effects the efficiency of it if stored at fridge temp or room temp? Mounjaro.

The instructions should have a section that explains it can be kept out of the fridge without issues for 30 days once you’ve first used it. It will make no difference to the effectiveness of the medication.
