Injection site bruising

Do you pinch the skin to inject? I was doing this initially and found it made me bruise.

Looks like you might have injected into a stretch mark which can sometimes cause bruising.

Thanks you guys, I think I did both of these things!! Lesson learned.

I bruise badly on my thighs and they last ages, but only mildly on my stomach
