My husband and I have been on Mounjaro for a while. He's only ever stayed on 2.5mg whereas I have continued to increase mine, I'm currently on 7.5. However, I am going to start to bring my dose down as I have reached my target weight.
Question - can I split my 7.5mg pen between the 2 of us, using our own, clean syringes obviously. I'd like to drop down to 5mg and he can take the 2.5mg until we have used up this last pen.
I understand 0.6ml is a full dose, so 7.5mg. Would this calculation work?
0.4ml for me = 5mg
0.2ml for my husband = 2.5mg?
