Did so well 1st 4 weeks , lost a stone, this week I feel like my appetite is back with a vengeance and iv put on 2lbs. U think it will start working again when I start taking 5mg? (taking 1st dose of this tomorrow)

Yes, in all likelihood the 5mg will have a noticeable effect.

The 2lbs is likely a normal fluctuation and not a genuine gain of 2 pounds of fat. Do you think you’ve actually over-eaten to the extent of 7000 calories above your daily calorie needs in a week? It seems unlikely to me.

It's stronger as you move up. I'm on 10mg now. Never feel hungry..

I lost all suppression in last few days before going up to 5. I didn't have that much to begin with - enough, but not total like some have. I wonder if that makes a difference.
I'm on my first week of 5 and still just about enough suppression, but would be easy to fall off the wagon if I haven't got good food prepared in advance.

For weight gain, consider any hormonal fluctuations too.
