Farmeci -how long?

Hi, I ordered my first pen with Farmeci on Sunday, I had issues uploading a video, a few hours later I got a message from them to upload photo and video which I managed this time on their chat and since then I've heard nothing. I'm eager to get started while I'm in the frame of mind! Just wondering about anyone else's experience with Farmeci. When I go into my order it says awaiting information. But if I follow the link from an email the video and photo is there for me to see.

I ordered my first pen with Farmeci on 24th January - it did take a few days to be approved and despatched but it had arrived by 30th January as that's when I did the first jab. They send a reminder to order your next pen quite quickly, within 2 weeks I think, but you can choose the date you want it. I requested to make payment on 25th February (pay day) and it arrived the next day.

They have just started sending reminders for pen 3, but as I am planning to go up to 5mg this time, I may switch provider for a cheaper price this time.

Sorry to hop onto this! I’m looking at Farmeci myself. I was expecting to purchase 1 pen but it’s automatically setting up a subscription. Just so I’m clear, do they keep the dose at 2.5mg until you choose to increase it? Or do they automatically increase it at a certain time?

Hi, they send you a follow up form by email to ask if you want to increase. They also are happy for you to stay on lower dose, I had 3 2.5 pens. If you don't reply they cancel your subscription so no need to worry about them taking money without any warnings etc. I've just ordered my 4th pen from them and they are price matching so I'm happy to stick with them for the time being!
