Hi all. Can anyone help? I want to try a few weeks on 3.75 using my 5mg pen due to my side effects. Can anyone tell me how many ‘clicks’ I need to do and how many doses it will get from a new pen (including bonus dose) thank you!

It’s 45 clicks from a 5mg pen, and you will get five doses out of the pen as well. Bonus dose would add a sixth which probably takes you outside of the recommended lifespan of the pen.

I have been on 3.75mg for 35 weeks.

45 clicks will give you 5 doses before the pen locks.

There will be enough liquid for a 6th dose using a syringe and 0.45ml on day 35.

That is 5 days beyond the 30 day limit. I do 35 days, I keep pen in fridge, I wouldn't do any longer. I accept the risks involved with this, you need to assess them for yourself to make your own decision.
