Pharmacy recommendations for maintenance? (ADHD related)

I've been wondering if I should switch pharmacies to one which offers maintenance. I've just started with Med Express (BMI 29 with high BP), but I believe they don't support a maintenance dose. So I'm now thinking I should switch providers for my next pen, and before my BMI drops. I don't want to continue with Med Express then get stuck when I hit BMI 25.

This is mainly because I have ADHD and my dopamine-seeking binge eating is going to come back with a vengeance when I stop MJ, so I want to have maintenence as an option. I also read Mounjaro has other complementary benefits for people with ADHD.

Any pharmacy recommendations for maintenance please?

I think quite a few are offering maintenance now, there is a dedicated thread, link below, which would be worth a search and read. Oushk, Cloud and The Family Chemist definitely have maintenance plans on their website but I believe several others are also offering options for maintenance.
