Which companies offer most support?

I'm not saying money is no object but I can't do this alone.
Where do I start?
I have a few conditions so I need to be sure I'm being properly reviewed first and supported.

From what I've seen, shemed are offering the most support.

Voy promised quite a lot, and the app includes lessons on psychology of eating etc, but I found the response time for coach or customer service disappointing. Bear in mind you can go with a high support provider for first few months and then it is easy to switch once you’re feeling confident.

Numan have an app with a health coach you can talk to whenever you like, and you can message the clinicians as well.

Yazen is very good.

Yazen is very good.

Do you know who is the prescribing pharmacy for Yazen in the UK? Can't seem to find anything on their website that gives their GPhC registration number or details of who they work with in the UK.

WeAllHaveWings · 14/03/2025 16:04

Any pharmacy you go to will perform a consultation (online and/or video) and ask for your medical history and if there is anything that makes you not eligible for Mounjaro will not prescribe to you online.

You could perhaps email one of the more supportive pharmacies like Oushk, Cloud, TFC to see if your conditions would stop them being able to prescribe and then work out your next steps from there.

Userlosername · 14/03/2025 16:13

To be honest I would have said that too but when I started Mounjaro I found it was fairly effortless. The support on here helped re side effects etc.

shrinkingthiswinter · 14/03/2025 20:17

@SilenceInside no, I don’t know about Yazen’s pharmacy for the UK, I’m afraid. Where I live they work with a pharmacy in the Netherlands and a delivery company that does chilled delivery from there. The app support with online doctor, coach, information, recipes, workouts, daily ‘lessons’ etc is very good, but you do pay for it.

I’ve gone with Numan. I’m extremely impressed with the support.
However I’m not sure I can handle the side effects
