When does everyone purchase their next pen?

I'm assuming they'll let you purchase a wk before?

Most places start to send you reminder emails after about 2 weeks it seems. I tend to order on the day I do my third injection from the pen, so I can decide if I want to stay on the dose I’m on or move up. Or down, although I haven’t had to do that.

Yes they usually let you order in plenty of time. I tend to do it when I have two doses left to allow for any delays in delivery.

I would say 3 weeks if you’re doing the 5th dose and 2 weeks if doing 4 doses.

I have never had a reminder email from a pharmacy nor a time restriction and seem to have been able to order whenever I want e.g. with Black Friday discounts etc

I assume all pharmacies are different though!
