Coming back to Wegovy - help!

Hey! I was here over a year ago. My Wegovy journey took me from BMI 28 to 24 and I was very happy. Then there were all the shortages last year and I couldn't get any for ages then they said they didn't do maintenance so I was left to my own devices. In that year I've put over a stone back on 😭 I'm exercising the same (run x 3/4 per week, lots of walking) and don't feel I'm eating excessively but obvs more than when my hunger was turned off.
I really want to get back on it to then stay on a low maintenance dose.
Any recs for companies? I didn't have to provide pictures then, will I now? I feel a bit desperate tbh

Hi OP, I could be wrong but I don't think wegovy can be prescribed for maintenance. If you've gained a stone are you now within the prescribing requirements for wegovy or mounjarp (bmi over 30 or bmi over 27 with underlying health conditions). As far as I'm aware all prescribers need photos.

Maybe get in touch with your old prescriber for advice?
