Just ordered my first month of Mysimba. I looked into the options and did not like the idea of injections and when I was foing my reading I feel like this was the best option for me. I'm feeling very nervous after reading all the experinces. But I don't know anyone who is having any help with their weightloss. The atmosphere here is not very open to it and I don't really want to talk about this with anyone IRL. I dunno what I want from this. I guess, any tips?

Following as I'm not keen on the idea of injections so wanted to try MySimba too! Hopefully someone will be along with some advice Smile

I'll be happy to share my experince once the medice arrives and I'll get to start. I've boosted up exercise and eating better. But it is just a constant struggle. I hope this will help to eat in moderation.

Just took my first pill. Read the list of side effects and feel a bit freaked out. And the pill is huge.

I’ve just started week 2 of mysimba. I have decided to stay on one tablet in the morning; that’s helping control food noise and I’ve had very little side effects. I’m sticking to calorie counting and exercising & drinking 3 litres of water a day. while one tablet is helping I won’t up the dose. I’ve lost 5 stone calorie counting but have been stuck for a year / hoping this works as a boost to get the final 2 - 3 stone lost. Happy to help x

Im now 1,5 weeks in. Food noice has gotten better but I*m absolutely fucking hungry all the time. Like more than before. I have decent sized dinner and need to have a piece of toast for desert. Going to bed I'm absolutely famished. But I am not feeling like candy or fastfood.
