Mysimba yes or no?

Please help! My bmi is 29. From reading, I feel like this has the least side effects.

Do people think it’s worth a try? I don’t want to lose absolutely loads, just enough to get me to a healthier weight and I feel like I’ve come to a dead end with it recently.

thanks for any responses. X

I haven't seen that drug discussed on this forum. So maybe not widely taken? Could you try Reddit?

I’m on week 2 of mysimba.

using this as weight lost stalled; lost 5 stone calorie counting so using this to help / boost / hopefully get final 2/3 stone off.

minimal side effects and one tablet in am working to control food noise. I’m not planning to increase dose whilst one tablet is helping!

calorie counting, drinking 3 litres of water a day and exercising.

happy to share / answer questions!

Hi
I started mysimba in the middle of April 2025 it’s now start of august and I have lost 3 and half stone. That came with side effects a dizzy at times and sweating a lot. But I love these tablets. Always worth a go
