Mourjano side effects

Hi all, I have been taking 2.5mg of mourjano and today started my higher dose of 5mg… I have developed really itchy skin throughout the day especially on my face. My leaflet says skin rashes, reactions are ‘common’ but I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else. I am a worrier by nature so I don’t know if I am making myself worse !

I dont know how common it is but the same thing happened to my friend yesterday. She took her 1st 5mg dose on Tuesday evening and messaged me in the morning saying her whole body was itchy but mainly across her torso. She did say that an antihistamine sorted it out though, maybe try that? I felt sick as a dog on 5mg, so after 3 weeks on it I've gone down to 3.75mg and I do feel better, albeit.... hungrier. Hope you feel better soon OP!

Thank you so much. I’m hoping it will subside and I have taken an antihistamine also. Iv been reason some other support groups as I didn’t experience any side effects on 2.5mg so I think if this does go done then I’ll be lowering myself to 3.75 also !! Thanks again xx

I had horrible itchiness all over (but especially the neck and joints like ankles/knees/wrists and only at night) in my second week on 2.5mg. I had actually completely forgotten all about it until reading this! It only lasted maybe three days then just disappeared, very odd! I'm now on 5mg and it's been fine since. Hope yours goes too 🤞

Yes this is exactly me!! Started on my feet and now chest and neck! Ohhh I hope it will subside also. Thanks so much, don’t feel as though I am losing the plot now ! Xx
