Three days in no hunger and horrendous sulphurous burps. Do these go away. Can anyone suggest anything to deal with these?

Peppermint tea, or peppermint capsules. Also consider a low sulphur diet for a while, you can look up which foods to minimise/avoid, the ones that can produce a lot of hydrogen sulfide when digested. But, it can be tricky to reduce these kinds of food whilst also on a calorie controlled diet where you are trying to get enough protein.

How are you feeling now? The day I had sulphur burps I started projectile vomiting the same night.
