I had bad morning sickness all 9 months, although not HG, and it was the worst with my first pregnancy.

MJ has been ok so far, 3 weeks in. I've had a little nausea this week but find drinking a pint of water helps it more than eating or anything else.

HG with my middle pregnancy, very little nausea on MJ until I got to about 10mg. It's not terrible, although I've chosen to stay on 10 rather than go up for another month to see how I go. I'm also just a 'sicky' and 'headachey' person in general and I've been fine with MJ.

HG both times, nothing on MJ.

9 months in, never gone above 7.5 and I've lost 6 stone, just teetering on the brink of healthy BMI.

Terrible morning sickness. MJ fine. Feels like completely different mechanisms. I feel a bit nauseous and do gross burps if I eat fried food on MJ, but it’s nothing like morning sickness.

I had dreadful morning sickness (or more like all day sickness) with my pregnancy, but I've had minimal nausea while using Wegovy.

Terrible sickness in all 3 pregnancies, each time got worse.
Have had very mild nausea when I’ve increased a dose on MJ, but not much at all, & most weeks absolutely nothing.

Am also a very sicky person - travel sick, all day pregnancy sickness, anxiety, heat (too hot, too cold). I have had a bit of nausea on MJ but only for a couple of says when changing doses. The big difference for me is that previously eating was the only way to stop the nausea (I put on 5 stone while pregnant) but on MJ, that hasn't happened so I agree it is s different mechanism. I have also had one week of random vomiting but I think it may have been a bug. I am on week 18 now.

I had HG during my pregnancies, cured only by giving birth 😬

Mounjaro has brought spells of low level background nausea in the days following injection, but not at the low dosage. When I got up to 12.5mg I found the nausea and upset stomachs too much to bother with so decided to step back down to 10mg.

Now I’m tapering back down my dosage as I’m within a healthy weight range and I’m not feeling any nausea at all.

Haven’t had any actual vomiting on Mounjaro but suffered very badly with it in pregnancy.

I was medicated for HG in all three pregnancies, most recent was 6 years ago which started at 5 weeks and continued until baby was born (was put on ondansetron after a few failed meds as I was so dehydrated I got diagnosed with low fluid around the baby - fortunately DC was fine). I have a strong nausea response to a lot of things, I got mild nausea to begin with on MJ and when I went up a dose (just for the first day) but have been on MJ for 12 months and really haven't had any issues to speak of.
