Frozen?

How do I know if my mounjaro has frozen? It looks clear but when I love it it doesn't move.
my daughter rammed it in the back of the fridge this afternoon which is why I worried!

It would be cloudy I think, or possibly have particles in it. It doesn't move because there's no air in the vial, so it can be hard to tell that it's liquid. It's not likely that it actually froze in your fridge, if it was in the box with the pen lid on.

I have worried about this before because my fridge does freeze things. Just remember that if it was frozen you wouldn’t be able to prime it.

The danger is if it froze and defrosted, and no, you wouldn't be able to tell as it would not necessarily go cloudy. Why would it?

The drug is a peptide and freezing will completely change the nature of the molecule. The instructions say very clearly to not use it if it has frozen - this will not be merely because it won't be effective, it will be because it can become potentially harmful.
