Medexpress- delays

Has anyone else experienced delays with their orders?

i ordered mounjaro for the first time with them on Monday and had 1 email saying there’s delays with my order due to supply, here we are on Saturday and still have nothing (have been charged though!)

Ah 🙃 I don’t know what’s going on, their communication is terrible and the site isn’t user friendly at all. Won’t be using them again that’s for sure.

I think first time orders are being delayed . I panic bought my second pen worrying about delays but it came the next day. They must be prioritising people who are reordering.

I've found them extremely variable - the worst was ordering on a Wednesday, and it not arriving until Monday (that was royal mail as much as them I think). Usually I order on Thursday evening and get it Saturday though.

Ah ok. I’ve sent them a message to see what the delay is.. no response yet. I was so excited to start too

I ordered last Saturday and arrived on the Sunday 🎉 I think it can be hit and miss with delivery as before I have waited 5 days

I suspect first orders take longer than reorders because there are more checks to be done before prescribing. IMHO They are generally good as a supplier. My last order was 2 weeks ago and they had prescribed within 24 hours and delivered next day. Very good.
