First dose tonight - side effects?

I planned to start my first dose tonight, but now have to work in the morning and am out for the day Sunday. I’m just a bit nervous about possible side effects, can’t afford to have diarrhoea or anything. Is that likely?

am I over thinking this or would I be best to start Sunday night when home instead?

Instant side effects from the first dose are unlikely unless you are unlucky enough to be super sensitive to the medication. I didn't get any side effects at all until I was on 5mg. Even then it was manageable.

If you're really worried about it then of course you can wait till Sunday evening if you prefer. You'll likely find it will be fine.

I didn’t get side effects from first injection I don’t think. Maybe some constipation.
