Oh I'd like to know that too!

My Fitness Pal is excellent, really keeps me on track day to day.

I use My Fitness Pal free version. It shows calories and macro, but not all the vitamins and minerals. There is another one that is very good for the UK, but useless outside of the UK, can't remember the name now.

You don't need an app to chart your loss in weight and bmi because you can do that yourself with your scale. What the app is useful for is counting calories and macros.

I use My fitness pal for my calories/ food diary.

And I also use an app called MyWeight to track progress. It’s nice as calculates BMI as well and can view your progress in stones/pounds and kg.

I'm using Shotsy, depends what you want it to monitor really. This is great for mj use as it monitors the level of mj and where you have administered etc.

I really like "Happy Scale" for weight tracking. It smooths out the variables for you if you want it to so it's less demoralising if you have a weird weigh in.
You can set milestones & it tells you your trends rate etc

Another vote for Happy Scale.

I already had a MyFitnessPal account with records going back some years, but I wanted a new one to record just this particular phase of trying to lose weight. I'm very happy with Happy Scale.

I also use Happy Scale free version. Good for tracking weight loss but unfortunately the free version doesn’t give BMI, but it has some nice graphs.

I found it the best of several free apps I tried. They generally all want you to take a monthly subscription to unlock features and I’m not doing that.
I link the app to the Apple health app so you have an alternative record of your readings, just in case!
