Can you miss one dose?

Just that really, can you miss one injection?

Would be inject Saturday, miss one Saturday and then inject the following.

Long story, doesn’t matter why. Just can you?

ETA leaflet even points out if you forget and it's more than 4 days since last dose to skip it.
