Hi my bmi is 34 so you think they will approve? I paid for it on Asda earlier today but have had no reply yet. Also how are people getting on with it? What sort of weight loss have you had in the first few weeks?

Yes, your BMI needs to be over 30, or over 27 with a weight related health condition. So your BMI qualifies you.

Have you uploaded the requested photos? After you've done that it will take a day or two to be reviewed and approved. Then it will take a day or two for them to issue the prescription and send it out to you. You will get emails at each stage, and you can check the status of your order on the Asda Online Doctor website.

Good luck with it OP.

Loss in the first few weeks varies to be honest. I lost just under a stone in the first four weeks. Am now starting my week 8 and have lost 22 pounds, going from 13 st 7 to 11 st 13.

It takes away my appetite and I can’t eat much if I am hungry. All the food noise has just disappeared like magic.

Others get no suppression until they step up to 7.5mg in month three.

@Ells1980 I've always followed a low carb plan when dieting which I did when I started injections. I kept my meals plain and focused on protein. I also worked out my TDEE, minused off 500 calories and that was my daily target.
