Medexpress -delays?

After 2 issue-free orders with Asda, I ordered with Medexpress on Thursday and still haven't had any confirmation of dispatch - anyone else waiting as long as this? I did get an email to apologise for delays but nothing more and I'm now regretting swapping!

I have always used Medexpress. I ordered my next pen on Sunday and it arrived today. Maybe it's the checks on new customers that are taking time?

I think I had similar but the pen turned up sooner than they predicted on the despatch note
