Discreet Packaging

Hi all,

I'm thinking about ordering this week for the first time - which company offers the most discreet packaging? I'm going to have to get it delivered to work. I'm hoping for a plain box, no brand name on it.

Thanks everyone.

Ashcroft delivers in a plain white cardboard box but they do have the pharmacy address information on the label. It needs to be signed for and guaranteed delivery before 1pm. No indication of what's inside though. Hope that helps

brookebum · 25/02/2025 11:30

Oushks packaging is covered in Os unless you pay 50p extra for a plain box. Even though the Os don't say what's inside and some people think the packaging looks like clothes. It does stand out though so it doesn't look discreet to me. I don't want my kids to notice it either and it's bright.

OkyDoke · 25/02/2025 11:46

Thanks both!

Does anyone have any experience of what IQ Doctor deliveries are like?

I have medexpress and that comes in a plain cardboard box but inside it's thoroughly well packaged with ice packs to keep the content cool. They don't write "fat jabs inside" all over the packaging. I doubt any sellers do 😂

I know, but as soon as my nosy receptionist googles some of these names, weight loss jabs are the first thing that come up 😂

Voy just comes in a plain brown box but there is a 'keep refrigerated' sticker on the front. You don't need to sign for it. They send it via Royal Mail so I tend to get it redirected to the post office and pick it up on my lunch break.

DarkForces · 25/02/2025 12:12

Could you just tell the receptionist it's methadone to help you withdraw from heroin? People seem to worry less about that than mj 😂

WafflingDreamer · 25/02/2025 15:42

IQ doctor come in quite a large white bag. From memory I think it might say cool on it. It's quite heavy as it has ice packs and insulation in it. If you go on to Google and image search IQ doctor packaging there are a few examples.

Bolt and Medicine Marketplace both use plain brown boxes.

Mysticmaiden · 25/02/2025 19:41

Pill sorted, family chemist and pharmacy2u were plain boxes

Henrythegorilla · 25/02/2025 20:17

I had one arrive today from Medicine Marketplace. Plain brown box. No one would ever know what was inside it.

SevernWonders · 25/02/2025 21:39

Zava's box has a keep refrigerated label and says Healthbridge on the outside - I googled Healthbridge and the top search on google is a link to a group of GP surgeries and pharmacies so nothing that screams WLI.

You could say it is expensive skin care?

Pandora71 · 25/02/2025 21:55

numan comes in plain packaging, no “keep cool” label and no sign for. This has helped me!

OkyDoke · 26/02/2025 10:14

I'm considering saying its medicine for my cat!

I use Pharmacy2U and it arrives in a plain cardboard box.

Do you? How do you pay/notify them?

I emailed them a few weeks ago, asking about discrete packaging, and they replied saying it was fine. Just that I should email them with my next order number. Which I did this morning, after I ordered. There's nowhere on the checkout or anything to pay the extra 50p (which, TBH, would be a more streamlined process than me having to email them with my order number).

It has only been in the last week/10 days they introduced charging customers for discreet packing as a response to complaints on their facebook about changing to branded packaging with no warning.

The additional cost, which is minimal but not the point, hasn't gone down well either.

It is unclear if they will continue to charge for discretion, or change back to discreet packaging - their response on facebook was they will consider it, weighing up patients need for discretion vs Oushk groupies liking pretty bags 🙄, but they have 30,000 branded bags they bought to use up first 🙈

If you have an order placed already they will probably change if you request free of charge.

That's what I was told too but in the FB group they said you have to pay extra. I'm going to change provider before I need to order again.

Vegemite123 · 26/02/2025 21:09

Thanks @brookebum and @WeAllHaveWings . Interesting (but I guess unsurprising) that others have also had this issue. I'm not on the fb group anymore, but can assume what sorts of comments appeared! I think Oushk have such a loyal fanbase that everyone is either a) in denial that they could possibly make a mistake or b) shocked and betrayed that they did? The 50p and/or needing to email them isn't something I'm overly stressed about. I emailed them, they were happy to give me the solution I wanted ... job done (happy Vegemite!).

Has anyone ordered from weprescribe? Really don't want anything that indicates what's inside! Thanks

My first pen was from weprescribe. Plain brown box. Second pen has arrived from pullsorted and also plain packaging (no alcohol wipes from pillsorted though)

@justbrowsing2024 thank you that's really helpful 😊

Does Asda pharmacy let you pick up from a pharmacy in store?

That's a good idea but if she is canny she will put two and two together as soon as you start to lose weight.

What if your cat ALSO loses weight?
