It's berberine and cinnamon, plus multivitamins. The berberine is only 100mg whereas the berberine tablets you can buy from places like Holland and Barrett contain 1000mg of berberine. And they're a huge amount cheaper!

The website looks very dodgy and I really hope that none of the investors on the Dragon's Den actually invested in these!

According to the blurb Sara had been on it and lost a lot of weight.

According to Sara Davies on her Instagram it's a total scam and she's got nothing to do with it and has never taken it. Her weight loss was as a result of being warned about pre-diabetes followed by 18 months of lifestyle changes.
