Anyone on WLIs who have had their gall bladder removed and are on thyroxine?

Very specific I know!
I have been looking into trying WLI but seem to have two conditions that don't work with them. I have tried speaking to my GP but didn't get anywhere. I am thinking wegovy seems to be the one but then again there is mention of thyroid issues. Any advice gratefully received.

I have no gall bladder and on 100mg thyroxine. I didnt declare. Been on mounjaro and wegovy. No side effects but neither drug has really worked for me. Dont know if thats related. Currently just started 1mg wegovy. Will continue to up doses and see what happens

No one on here can give you medical advice.
I will say I have had half thyroid removed and on thyroxine, plus am minus a gall bladder and my endocrinologist was the one who was pushing WLI on me, and when I agreed hurriedly wrote the scripts. Was initially on Saxenda simply because Ozemic/Wegovy and Mounjaro were not available. Once Ozempic/Wegovy became available again here I was swapped over to Wegovy, and apparently the plan is to swap to Mounjaro when supply here has stabilised (I’m in Australia). I’ve had no issues so far. Did need to up the thyroxine a little at a point but who knows whether that was due to WLI or just further natural deterioration, endocrinologist said could be either but was only a slight increase required so no issue.

ETA - Both Saxenda and Wegovy caused weight loss with me.

Thank you both, yes I understand I can't get medical advice from a discussion forum but I can't seem to get medical advice here in the UK from a GP. Interesting information will look more into it.

I have no gallbladder and am on Levothyroxine.
Some suppliers won’t prescribe for us but there is no reason for this according to the manufacturer of Mounjaro. I believe there was an issue with Wegovy.
I originally purchased from MedExpress but discovered that they would cease to prescribe for me if/when they found I had no gallbladder. The online form asks if you have gallbladder disease and I said no which is true because I haven’t had one for 20years, they should make their form clearer in my opinion. I also discovered that MedExpress don’t support ongoing treatment once goal weight is achieved (this could change) and so I swapped to Cloud pharmacy who are completely aware that I don’t have a gallbladder and I take Thyroxine. There are probably other pharmacies Oushk is one but I wasn’t so keen on their maintenance options. Good luck!

I don't have a gallbladder and currently buy from IQdoctor.
They know I've had mine removed and emailed some additional info to me, but I've had no problem ordering from them.
I too moved away from MedExpress when they changed their stance on this.

I would pick a pharmacy and do the online consultation, answering each question truthfully, and see how it goes.
Don't be disheartened if one won't prescribe, it doesn't mean no one will.

monj.co.uk shows the best prices for Mounjaro.

No gallbladder issues, I’m on levothyroxine for under active thyroid diagnosed 10 years of age so it has been many years of living with as I’m now on my 40’s.
(I have never appreciated that means you could lose weight slowly it only come up on one of those interesting gp type programmes on C5.)

On Wegovy no real problems except constipation so I’ve concentrated on a high fibre meal plan for the past week, just finished week three on the starter dose and today was the first real significant loss of 1.5lbs.
