Gap weeks between pens?

Does anyone have a gap week between pens?

I've been on Mounjaro since November and lost over 2.5 stone, I've stayed on 5mg as I'm happy with the progress but I've also had a week off between pens when I haven't ordered in time or couldn't be bothered to inject.

Does anyone else do this?

How do you feel in the short gap, just out of interest? I’m on my first pen but thinking of having a gap for a holiday

I had to do it when royal mail messed up the delivery. It was fine and it was a good opportunity to test out not being on it - I've done it since then once more deliberately between pens and most recently have been leaving it 8/9 days between doses anyway as I'm tapering down. Both are within the prescribing guidelines as long as you aren't aiming to use the bonus dose (I haven't since they changed the pen mechanism).

Same as pp and why I haven't gone up the doses automatically- I want to use will power and good habits as well as the injections so hopefully it stays off long term.
