Nausea on 2.5mg

I started on MJ 2 weeks ago and almost immediately started feeling queasy. I then don’t want to eat, which makes me feel ropey, but if I do eat I also feel ropey 🤣 Today I feel genuinely sick, although I don’t think I will be.

I’ve been eating the ‘right’ amounts of fibre and protein, drinking lots of water/peppermint tea and electrolytes, coming in under my TDEE calories. I walk the dog twice a day but am not working out as such. I lost 4 lbs in the first week and 2 the following week.

It feels to me that even the low dose is slowing my system down, and I’m reluctant to increase to 5mg if it’ll make me feel worse, but I don’t want to stay on the lower dose for a long period as I’m keen to start losing more weight.

Does anyone have any experience or advice to share please?

Hi. That's so bizarre! I literally just started a thread of the exact same thing at the exact same time. I was fine on 2m5mg for 4 weeks and as soon as I went up to 5mg I felt sick and have felt constantly sick for 10 days!! I'm sorry you're feeling rubbish but I am glad it's not just me
