Excellent suppression on day 7 - delay dose?

I'm due to take my 3rd dose this afternoon, but still have excellent suppression. Does anyone ever leave it an extra day? Is it worth it?

I really wouldn't mess with the schedule. Suppression will fluctuate over the time you take the medication so it's best to just take it as prescribed.
