How to change providers?

I'm thinking of starting weight loss injections and have been reading a lot of threads on here. I'm seeing that people change providers to get the best price. How do you do that? Does the new provider not need proof you've already used a 0.25 pen (for example)? How does it work?

When you fill out the online consultation form it will ask if you are already taking weight loss medication, and if so, what and what dose. You will then usually be asked for evidence of that, so a photo of your most recent medication box with the named prescription label visible. You usually have to provide photos of your figure, the same as if you were a new customer. The exact requirements vary a little by provider.
