I'm week 5 and my bladder is just starting to calm down so do keep at it!

Just think of it as urine carrying fat cells out of your body.

I’ve never really seen the need to drink a specific amount of water per day. I drink water with meals and otherwise if I’m thirsty. Liquid also comes from coffee, food itself and even soft drinks. I’m still losing weight every week. I know a lot of people do think a set amount of water is necessary, so I suppose you have to take the loo trips as a consequence!

Drinking extra water helps avoid water retention and bloating and resolve the dehydration caused by mounjaro. Severe dehydration cam lead to kidney and pancreas problems. It is listed in the patient info sheet to drink 2-3l water a day, but this does include tea and coffee and all liquids
