How much do I put in a syringe

Hi
Been on Mounjaro for 10 weeks now and I'm on 5mg. I haven't been using the bonus dose but I've decided to order some syringes and start using the dose. Does anyone know how much I need to take out of the pen into the syringe.

0.6ml is a full dose from any pen.
