I'm taking my first dose this evening (is it OK to do on an evening rather than morning?) and will be doing a big shop this morning so would really appreciate any example meals plans- I know I need to eat lots of protein and fibre, guess I'm after some actual ideas of what people are eating.
Any other tips gratefully received too :)

It might effect you immediately or it might not effect you for weeks. If it effects you immediately then you may not be in the mood to eat at all for a day or two.

I would focus on lighter meals. Chicken salad, soup etc. avoid too much fat, not because fat is bad but because it can be hard on an unsettled stomach.

I did keto at the same time which was very effective. Meal choices.

Shredded lamb with salsa, tzatziki, green salad and feta.

Hummus and carrots

Natural yoghurt and berries

Any omelette

Baked salmon in garlic and lemon butter with a pile of garlic sautéed veg.

Meat stir-fry (no rice or noodles) with a fried egg on top.

I found my trapped wind and issue at the beginning so it might be a good idea to limit portions of windy vegetables until your body gets used to the drug. E.g. broccoli and cabbage.

I have found that large meals give me terrible indigestion or anything too rich.

itry to stick to porridge with berries for breakfast, a boiled egg with salad or wholemeal toast for lunch, some nuts if I feel the need for a snack, and fish with salad and maybe boiled potato’s for dinner.

I tend to eat veg and protein-packed meals. Full fat Greek yoghurt, filling soups (lentil and pumpkin are my current favourites), whole grain bread (in small quantities), plenty of beans and lentils too (I’m a veggie).

Lots of protein. I’m not cutting carbs. Some things I’m eating:

home made pizza- dough made from flour and Greek yoghurt, topped with chicken, peppers, onions and a sprinkle of cheese

stir fried chicken and veg with rice or noodles

beef mince with stir fried broccoli and rice

baked salmon, mashed potatoes and veg

sausages and mash

I’m trying to get 100g of protein per day
