Changing provider once you're under 30 BMI?

Hello,

I'm sure this has already been done on here but I couldn't find an answer by searching!

I'm only just over a week in and am aiming to get just over the line from 'obese' into 'overweight' by the end of this pen. Long term aim is to get into the 'healthy' category, maybe 23/24 BMI. I got my first pen via Oushk but would like to change provider (to save money basically) for my next and subsequent pens.

Has anyone experienced any issues with changing provider if you don't meet the 30+ BMI requirement? I'm struggling to find answers on the pharmacy sites and don't really want to mess around with doing consultations, paying upfront etc etc if I'm just going to end up getting rejected!

I'm specifically looking at Medicine Market Place, Curate and IQ Doctor as these seem to have the lowest prices consistently over time/doses (as opposed to big discounts for first orders - I'd rather stick with one provider long term if possible). Any experiences with these or any general advice would be much appreciated!

Most will take you on if you can provide proof that you have been taking MJ - a picture of the prescription label on the box of your current pen is the favourite.

However, the recent publication of new(ish) guidelines may mean that switching becomes harder in the next few months with more hoops to jump through with each pharmacy. I think it would be wiser to pick one of your preferred and try to stick with them as your bmi is quite low already. I have read good things about IQ Doc but MMP are appearing in a more and more positive light all the time with several posters on Reddit saying they fully support maintenance and are very responsive to communications.

Thanks @IReallyNeedThisToWork! Yes, I definitely want to stick with the one provider from the next pen - I'm hearing good things about MMP as well so may opt for them 😊
