Experiences with MedExpress?

I’m coming to the end of my 2.5mg pen bought from Chemist4U and I’ve just ordered the 5mg from MedExpress last night. I’ve submitted my evidence, however decided this morning I wanted to stick with 2.5mg so emailed them to adjust my order, however I’ve since changed my mind again and want to try the 5mg. I’ve emailed them to let them know I wish to proceed with my 5mg pen (I’m awaiting my prescription being approved). Are they good to communicate with? Will they pick these emails up? Thanks.

They’ve emailed back on the weekend before.

@IHateMozzies thank you. Have you ordered from them before for your jab? How have you found it? I’m seeing lots of negative reviews on TikTok.

I've been with them since last summer and never had a problem, they've always responded promptly and never been any delays with approval or delivery.

I'm another MedExpress user. I've never had any problems with them. It might help if you decide what pen you want before you order, saves on any confusion for both sides.

@BrownJenkins I know, I was certain on the 5mg then questioned myself. I’m sure we’ll be able to resolve it.

Poor experience here, no maintenance, hard cut off at 23.5 bmi or two years, no differentiation between different drugs, incorrect information, very high prices for higher dose pens, they hook folks in with the initial discount then the prices increase sharply, they want photos with face in, and they mess customers about asking for more and more photos to hide delays.

and that’s before the utter chaos they cause with the referral codes where we see them constantly spammed on here and other social media sites.

Oh and the customer service folks are condescending and rude. I questioned the two years, politely and got a shocking email back telling me not only was it two years but if I hit 23.5 they would cut me off immediately. I was about 29 BMI at that point,

i just walked, all the initial discount does is make it comparable to loads of others actual price.

I have not had any problems with MedExpress. Only had to email them once and they replied.

Their customer support can be hit or miss but when they’ve missed, I’ve been able to get a hold of someone else who has fixed whatever the issue was.

I think they’ve grown rapidly and have probably had to hire a number of new people to deal with the influx.

You’ll get a reply on email but if you enter into a chain of conversation you will get a different person every time who does not read the full conversation and who will offer you contradictory and confusing information without any ability to look at the full picture 😂

I’d try email as nothing to lose but perhaps be prepared to call too 😂
