Sorry for click bait title but I cannot quite believe it! Starting weight was 15st 12.

I've done the bonus shot with an insulin needle and sticking to 2.5mg for month 2

It’s just over 3 lbs a week so not unusual, the start is normally higher for many. But it tapers down to 1-2 normally. However make sure you’re eating your cals and enough protein.

@fatgirlswims well done you've done great keep it up I'm on week 5 of 7.5 I've lost nearly 3 stone and I started November 8th so done worry just enjoy
