I've lost about 17lb in the last month and am feeling the benefits in my body and energy levels. But, predictably, I'm losing the lbs and inches in my boobs first and foremost. Also my bum (good!) but not my bloody awful lower belly. So I still feel massive overall. I know I can't target specific areas through diet, but what exercise can I do to target this area? I have a very fancy treadmill and am using that daily now, but that's not targeting my belly at all.
Any advice appreciated.
