I am on Mounjaro weight loss medication 12.5mg currently. I am thinking of doing egg freezing treatment. I spoke to my weight loss consultant and they mentioned they would advice to stop 1 month before planning conceiving or IVF, but unsure about the impact on fertility treatment such as egg freezing as it's just the egg and not developing into a fetus just yet. My fertility consultant also says there is not much research on this and will look into this further. Does anyone have information on this, any experience, or been in this predicament before?
