Anyone else constantly needing to wee??

I'm W1 D3. No side effects to talk of, apart from I'm weeing every bloody 5 minutes! Not drinking any more than usual really, as I've always had a lot of water, but I'm waking every hour of the night desperate for the loo and I'm exhausted!

Is anyone else getting this? Hope to goodness it calms down soon. I'm doing a 2 hour drive this weekend and staying in a hotel room with a friend so I'm going to drive her crazy if I'm up and down all night!

I get this on all diets, not just the injections. Its not so much that i drink more, it is that what i eat tends to be less 'carby' so it doesn't soak the water up as much in my stomach, so it passes straight through

I've done SW etc in the past and never known it like this! I suppose as side effects go, it's one of the easier ones!

Hopefully it’s the fat being secreted through your urine! I’m peeing loads but I also drink more than 3 litres.
