It touches on a couple of case studies, centred on obesity as disease interviews the drug companies, Weight Watchers CEO & discusses her own experience (she is on Ozempic). Some balance in interviewing a lady who had very adverse side effects. It’s popcorn TV, not an in depth doc. Exactly what you’d expect from an Oprah special.
