I’m after a little advice as I’m back using MJ after a 4 month break. I started in early last year and initially lost 2.5 stone putting me at a BMI of 26.3. I have ‘gained’ approx 5lbs in the 4 months which I’m ok with as I’ve started working out so think it could be natural body fluctuations fat/muscle changes. However, still want to shift a little to get me in to a healthy BMI.
I managed my loss without reaching 5mg as my body seemed to have appetite suppression from the get go. I also suffered with pretty bad nausea and diarrhoea (also an IBS sufferer). So I made my way through with Imodium and perseverance.
This time I’ve started back at 2.5mg and let’s just say the Imodium isn’t working and I’ve been unable to go to work. Any advice?
