Does it have to be done whilst you're on the phone? I've just read the instructions and I'll have to do it before work on Monday, but I start at 5am. Is it compulsory to do it whilst you're on the phone with an advisor?

Mine asked if I wanted them to stay on the phone, I was happy to do it alone. So I’m sure they will all give you the option. Call is mainly to check ID and weight on scales.
