Now, I know that Team RH is very ‘marmite’ on MN, but I wondered whether anyone is using this programme and has any insight as to how good, helpful etc it is please? From what I can tell there is no free trial and you have to stump up for 12 months (red flag?).
I’ve been on MJ for six weeks. Steady weight loss (although I’m not 100% how much due to dodgy scales! Bought new ones and 2kg heavier 😭😭).
I haven’t been calorie counting. I have a stupidly busy job and I find it just one more thing to worry about. I’m fairly sure I am under eating though. Probably c1000 cals a day. I am interested in Team RH having watched a video where he talks about weekly calorie goals as opposed to daily which made a lot of sense.
The other thing I am interested in is his weight training plans. I had a PT until recently but some financial changes mean I’ve had to give that up. I find it difficult to motivate myself principally because I don’t plan a workout properly and find things like the strength training on Peloton boring even though I live their bike/tread classes.
Any insight before I waste £79.99 much appreciated thank you 🙏
