How much could I lose by end March?

Hello, I have just ordered Mounjaro as I'm hoping to lose some weight before a holiday at the end of March. How much could I lose if I eat carefully and exercise? I am currently about 12 1/2 stone and 5ft 3". Many thanks

The same as if you ate carefully and exercised without Mounjaro. So between 8 to 16 pounds if you lose 1 to 2 pounds a week.

I would have thought that you could lose at least a stone

I started at 74kg and got to 63kg in 16 weeks. So that's about 1 stone 10lbs.

You could lose a stone in 8 weeks I would say.
