How to get the last dose out of Mounjaro?

I do not have a syringe. Is it possible to still get the bonus dose out of Mounjaro.
How can i tell how much is left in there without a syringe?

I was with med express but moved to a cheaper supplier. But no, they don't seem to say anything. I had an issue with side effects and stepped my dose down. So I moved to 7.5, but had awful side effects, so went back to 5 for 2 weeks then 6.25 (I counted clicks) and used most of the medication in the pen before moving on and starting my next pen. So I technically got 6 doses out that pen, which I shouldn't have done as you should discard the pen after 28 days I think it it but it was fine.

I'm not on 10 with great suppression and very few side effects, I just needed a bit more time on a lower dose

Thanks for this information. I’ve been keeping my pen 🖊️ or pens in the fridge so I don’t worry if it’s over 28 or 30 days since opening.

I should be due to order my new pen next week but only opened my brand new pen this morning - so I’ll get another 4 doses from it. It would be nice to keep a bit extra money in my account this month and not order my new pen until after the middle of next month.

Just watch, you need to order within a certain time. I think its 7 weeks for med express though, check your prescription and FAQ. I do have a whole unused unopened pen with a good shelf life in the fridge as my husband ordered it by mistake, he was taking it too and decided to stop after ordering it.

And yes definitely nice to save some money, I couldn't afford MJ without the bonus dose!
