And I don't really feel any different. I've read it can take up to 72 hours to kick in but it started me thinking I didn't do it properly. I checked the pen though and it does look like one dose has been administered. I felt hungry this morning and no sickness at all yet. Has anyone else had the same thing?

It is not uncommon to have little effect on 2.5mg, some don't get any effects until much higher doses, but you need to be patient and do your 4 weeks at each dose before moving up.

Each week the concentration of the medication increases in your body (have a play with the GLP1 plotter website to see), it could kick in any time. 🤞

Didn't notice anything on 2.5.
It's a loading dose to allow your body to get used to it.
Now on the higher doses I tend to get side effects about 3 days after the jab for a couple of days.

Nausea is not a guaranteed side effect so you may never feel sick! I haven’t at all in the last 33 weeks.

That aside, as already said, some people don’t react at all to 2.5mg and the medication takes a while to build in your system. Apparently, I am a ‘super responder’ based on my losses and I didn’t notice any effect for about three days when I started and even then it was subtle to start with.

Two things I have learned on this medication - don't have any expectations or compare yourself to others and be patient. Good luck!

Thanks everyone, it's nice to have confirmation this is normal as I was convincing myself I'd not done it right. I'll be patient and I'm sure at some point it will kick in, although it is working in a way because it's so flipping expensive there's no way I'm going on a binge and wasting all this money so I have been really good with my eating.
