Shemed blood test

Does anyone know what time I have to drop my blood test off by? I got myself geared up to take it this morning but the instructions inside say it needs to be dropped off for collection by 12 and our postbox is collection at 16.45

Online says by last collection so not sure what to go by

I’m lucky I live near a Royal Mail delivery office which is open 8-10 every morning so I planned to do early this morning so I could drop off there. My call was answered really quickly. The most time consuming bit was trying to read all the instructions for the blood collection kit ! Are you near a delivery office or a manned post office ?

I popped mine in the post Thursday lunch time, last collection was 5pm. Got the results this morning. So as long as they are collected today I’m sure they will be fine.

Didn't want to risk it so I've decided to get up and call them at 5am and my husband will drop it off at another postbox on his way to work. Probably overthinking it all! Glad to hear the call is answered quickly. I've had a read through the instructions as it all looks a bit overwhelming
