Oushk - what support do they offer?

I bought my first MJ pen from Oushk at the start of the month and have literally had no contact or guidance from them at all about what to do for my next pen. Is this normal? I'm not sure what I expected really!

Surely you just prefer it when you need to?

I have never spoken to a provider about ordering a new pen.

Most providers assume you will reorder when you need the next pen, and will generally follow the standard prescribing schedule. So after 4 weeks at 2.5mg then you would move up to the 5mg pen. If you feel you don't want to move up, then you can order another 2.5mg pen. All providers will respond to messages, so you could contact them to ask any questions you might have about the next pen to order.

Thank you both, that's great, I just wasn't sure what to expect.

If you need advice email or whatsapp them with your questions. If you want to discuss something more in depth you can book a consultation.

They do some lives on their facebook page once a month or so where you can ask questions, old ones should be there to view if you want. There should also be ones from PT, nutritionist and menopause experts with advice (it is all the basic stuff, but you might pick up some hints and tips).

Watched/went to a couple of the lives when I first started and there were a few bits of interested, the menopause one convinced me to start HRT for example, but after that they get a bit samey.

I haven't felt the need to have a consultation on deciding pen strength or anything else so can't really comment on the support side, it is a fairly basic decision, and your decision mainly, if you want to stick or move up. Posters on here can help you with things to think about when making that decision with their own experiences/ideas if you need.

Book a consultation with Hira, it's worth it.
