I should have taken my first 5 mm mounjaro (been taking 2.5 for 8 weeks) injection today and my pen will not come until Monday. Will this cause any issues?

No, you can vary the day that you take your injection, and the instructions say that if you miss the day you normally inject, as long as it's been less than 4 days then just inject as soon as you can.

The only thing you might want to think about is if you want to continue injecting on a Monday, or if you want to change the day for the next injection. Either is fine, it's up to you.

You will be fine, I have went 9 days on 2 occasions.
